The first large-scale exhibition in the UK at the BARBICAN in LONDON of the work of American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat (1960—1988) who died of a heroin overdose when he was 27 years old at his art studio in Manhattan’s NoHo neighbourhood on 12 August 1988.
