14TH GLOBAL FORUM ON COMPETITION – PARIS – : DOES COMPETITION KILL OR CREATE JOBS ? – A DISCUSSION ON THE LINKS & DRIVERS BETWEEN COMPETITION AND EMPLOYMENT WITH MARIO MONTI, PROF VICTOR NORMAN & KLAUS TILMES.

 

The first session of the 14th Global Forum held in PARIS at OECD Conference Centre, explored ways in which pro-competitive policies may support the creation of jobs or alternatively, if it is the case that competition destroys jobs.

 

The today’s session aimed to explore the nature of this relationship.
